Sixth Annual Bill Graham Tribute at the SF Giants
Friday Friday August 26th at 7:15PM
Giants vs. Atlanta
Here’s a preview of the Bill Graham Father Time bobble head which we are making this year in conjunction with the SF Giants! If you purchase Bill Graham Tribute seats to the SF Giants Bill Graham 6th Annual Tribute Night on Friday August 26th at ATT Park you can get one of these for yourself, and help the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation at the same time as a portion of the proceeds from the charity donation for each seat will come to the Foundation. Don’t forget that due to the Giants' dynamic pricing, the longer you wait to purchase your special Tribute tickets, the higher the ticket prices may be, and the earlier you purchase, the better the seat selection. Click here for more information
We will soon also have a limited number of special seats in the Legends Club Box for $250 each for that evening. These tickets come with a seat in the box, good company, and food and drink. A portion of that amount is a donation to the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation to help us continue those good works we try to do. If you would like to reserve a seat in the Legends box with members of the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation and Friends, please email Cynthia at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Thanks - we hope to see you at ATT Park Friday August 26th for the 6th Annual Bill Graham Tribute and Go Giants!
A Reminder that the Bill Graham Exhibit at the Contemporary Jewish Museum will close on July 5th 2016.
Then we will be sad, but busy packing it up and shipping it to Philadelphia for the Exhibit’s next stop.
Special Events in conjunction with the Exhibit include a panel about the legendary radio station KSAN, with Bonnie Simmons, Richard Gossett and Scoop Nisker, moderated by Ben Fong Torres. The KSAN panel is at 6:30PM Thursday June 2nd. The museum closes at 8:00PM sharp that evening so we suggest that you reserve your ticket for the panel today, and come to the museum earlier Thursday June 2nd to tour the Exhibit and then come enjoy the panel. Purchase tickets here to the Museum and the panel.
Sunday June 12 - Peter Coyote and author David Talbot in conversation at 3PM
On Friday June 17th, Danny Scher, long time Bill Graham right-hand man, will be at the Contemporary Jewish Museum at 12:30PM for a “Gallery Chat” - you can come in that day to enjoy the Exhibit, and hear Danny talk about his time with Bill and the building of Shoreline Amphitheatre, in which he was very much involved. It was Danny Scher who proposed that the City Of Mountain View and Bill's company come together to build a major amphitheatre on the site of a garbage dump. This Gallery Chat with Danny is the last of the special events associated with Bill Graham and the Rock and Roll Revolution and we expect a crowd to bid the exhibit a fond farewell. Get tickets here
